Ngeri has been writing for years and at this time, has seven children's books under her belt. She especially loves the opportunity to write about historical figures who have done groundbreaking things to change the world. Through her work with the non-profit organization, Planting People Growing Justice Leadership Institute, Ngeri is able to help young authors write books telling their own stories.
